Given the digital nature of our products, there are no trials or grace periods after purchasing a membership or individual item. All sales are final, and once you have downloaded an item, it cannot be returned. However, if you encounter a problem with a separate product purchase that we are unable to solve, we will refund your full purchase price without question.
Refund requests for membership plans will not be entertained under any circumstances, even if you have not downloaded any products or are dissatisfied with the items you have received.
We will consider refund requests on case-by-case basis, but generally, we are not obligated to provide a refund if:
